Reporting

The results of MCAP reviews give insight into an organization's processes and the way in which they might be improved. MCAP Reports is the reporting utility of CritView Collect. It offers standard comprehensive reports that can be grouped and filtered by over 150 fields such as hospital, service, physician, patient, reviewer, reason, and criteria, as well by user-defined fields. Grouping by reviewer provides important information to enhance case-management workflow.

The standard reports contain broad selections of calculations and list fields. Flexible configuration options allow reports to be run by facility, level of care, discharges, or specific dates of care.

All reports can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel or as CSV files for increased reporting flexibility.
