CritView ® Collect

Implementation

Designed for comprehensive data collection and reporting, CritView Collect integrates with an ADT system or payer administration system to prevent double-entry of patient information. The following outline explains the process clients can expect as CritView Collect is successfully integrated into their system.

Preliminary Tasks
  • Outline Client Workflow and determine MCAP workflow within Client Workflow
  • Determine required system configuration (reference data, reason codes, delay codes quality codes, security settings, workflow settings, and custom fields)
  • Compare currently available hardware and software system requirements
  • Order hardware/software as needed (except Oak Group software)
  • Install and test hardware/software on the network
  • Set up and test remote access
  • Provide TOG with all relevant reference data and other information needed to set up the system
  • Create database and load relevant data (MDs, specialties, high risk categories, users, codes, and criteria to be used)
Installation
  • Install and test Oak Group software on servers
  • Identify and configure 5 client computers for test
  • Configure all system settings
  • Users test the application
  • Adjust application per user recommendations
Set Up Batch Process for Data Load
  • Set up batch files generation with formats provided by TOG
  • Test Batch files generated with the application
  • Install/configure batch application on the server
  • Test the application (can be in conjunction with application testing above)
Roll-out
  • Install and test remaining client machines
  • Train users
